This is a 16*24 feet garage, which we converted into a children’s playroom, with 6 areas planned out: entry area, relaxing and reading area, study desk, toy storage, workbench, and sports equipment storage.
#1 Entry Area - Clothes Storage
This area is used to store children’s clothes, shoes and hats. We set up hooks and pegboards in this area to provide a temporary place for children to put on their clothes when they enter or leave this space.

#2 Windowside Cabinets & Bookcase
Our designer designed a windowside cabinet and a bookcase on this wall of the window.
The window side cabinet has a storage area underneath and a soft cushion on top; the bookcase also has 2 sets of drawers for better storage. The window is full of sunlight, so children can sit here to rest or reading.

#3 & 4 Study Desk & Storage Cabinets
We placed the study desk in the central position of the whole space for the kids to do crafts and play with toys.
As we all know, children always have a lot of toys and need a lot of storage space to put their little friends in order.
Thus, we have designed two sets of storage cabinets next to the desk to keep their toys in order.

#5 Workbench & Cabinets
We added a workbench to this area so that parents and children can mend some parts here. Workbench fitted with drawers and storage cabinets. Drawers can insert the split parts, so you don’t have to worry about your parts being lost in a mess.

#6 Slatwall System for Sports Equipment Assortment
The slatwall system is a perfect solution to make effective use of the garage wall. Our designer has planned a slat wall on one of the walls and hung some hooks on it. You can go to hang some children’s sports equipment, such as bicycles, skateboards, sleds, etc..
Of course, we have many kinds of hooks, you can pick what you need, or you can tell us your demand, we help you design and select. Hang these sports equipment on the wall, not only the effective use of space but also avoid injuring when children play around.
