We strive to process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days of the order date, except for items that are made to order or have a longer processing time.
Custom made-to-order items include: all wooden garage cabinets, garage renovation projects, and custom colours which are agreed with your sales.
We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, truck transportation, etc. We will choose the carrier that offers the best delivery time and price for your specific order.
The lead time depends on your area and stock status.

On Backorder Items:
Our backorder items’ lead time usually takes 25-40 days. If you need it in a hurry, please contact us to get the update. We will try to help to prepare and arrange it for you seperately.
1. For garage single cabinets, garage lights, tool chests, garage overhead storage racks, heavy duty shelves, and garage workbenches usually take 4-12 business days.
2. For steel garage cabinets sets (includes Bahan Series, GLG6000 series) will take 4-5 weeks. GLG6000E accepts Warehouse Pickup.
3. For wooden garage cabinets which are custom made-to-order products (includes HPL matirial, powder coated finish) will take 8-10 weeks.
All of our Hexagon Lights, single cabinet units, PVC sltawall sets, overhead rack, and oak wood workbench support Free Shipping. The GLG6000 Series and mobile tool chests support Home Delivery and Warehouse Pickup. This shipping policy is applicable for the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges will be handled by Garamer. Please don’t worry about them.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays. We will make every effort to notify you of any such delays and work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the notes section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to follow them.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to initiate a return or replacement of the damaged item.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
